LMS currently operates over 70 miles of water and gas pipelines, a 30 MMCFD gas processing plant, and 3 salt water disposal wells servicing wells producing from the Bakken and Three Forks formations of North Dakota.

LMS is targeting wellhead to market services to handle oil and gas gathering, water supply, produced water gathering and treating or disposal, gas processing and natural gas liquids logistics. LMS's team has experience in developing, operating and providing a broad range of midstream services throughout the United States.
